CRÊPES

  • Also known as galettes in France, these are thin pancakes that can be both savory and sweet. For this class, we’ll make a traditional savory crêpe using buckwheat flour, filled with ham and cheese. We’ll also make a sweet version with apples, honey and walnuts

  • We’ll make Paht Si Yu, a standard one-dish meal in Thailand. Another noodle stir-fry it combines rice noodles, beef and vegetables tossed in a soy-based sauce. It’s a quick and healthy dish that can be made any night of the week.

  • Thai Grilled Beef (neua yang) is sliced and combined with lettuce and herbs inside a delicate rice paper roll to make a light, refreshing dish that has all the hot, sour, salty, sweet flavors of Southeast Asian cuisine in one bite.
